Smile all the while!

Hello!
I must say that it's really feeling good to post on the official online version of the Literary Club as a co-author. I'm really grateful to the captains of the club for giving me this opportunity. I hope to utilize it to the fullest and to my best. So, the topic of this post comes from the topic given to us for the latest Literary Club activity, poetry writing. That topic was happiness, and I just modified it or let me say curved it to a smile. Writing poems is my passion and tell me if I'm good or bad at it! Here it goes...

Times may be tough,
but always wear a smile.
The world may be against you,
but keep smiling all the while.

If happy times didn't stay,
even the bad will be gone.
Smile, pray, believe,
accept life, and move on.

Smile is priceless,
but at the same time, it is valuable.
It shows your pleasant being,
it shows you're amiable.

Smile to show love,
smile to show care,
smile while helping,
smile is what you should share!

Smile shows relief
when accompanied by a sigh,
with a wink,
it signifies that you're high!

Let your smile be a light
when times are dark.
Keep smiling always,
and everywhere, your smile'd leave a mark!

So with this I end my first post on this blog. A really proud and a winner-like feeling in my heart. And this wasn't just a poem. It was my message to everyone out there who's sad and thinking that its impossible to smile or be happy. "Smile is a curve that sets everything straight." You would have heard this quote. Implement it! Hope my effort of making you smile succeeds! And if it does or doesn't, comment and please tell me!

Keep Smiling,
A proud literary club member,
Vrinda Bhatia!
